How long does it take to ship your products?

We aim to ship the goods within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.

What happens if the product I order is out of stock?

We try very hard to ensure website stock levels are always up to date. If your ordered item is out of stock we will contact you and offer either a similar product of the same value, provide a different product of the same value or immediate re-crediting of your account.

Can I order over the phone?

Sure. Have a look online and get together the product numbers you wish to order. Call the store on +61 2 6619 1811 and we will happily take your order over the phone. You can then pay via credit card or direct deposit into our account. On receipt of funds we will ship within our shipping timelines.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via Visa card, MasterCard, direct deposit or cheques (please note that goods are only sent once the cheque is cleared).

What are you shipping costs?

We offer Australia Post and a track and trace courier service. When ordering online or on the phone the choice is yours. Australia post pricing is generated automatically and is based on the total product weight and shipping location.
A $15 flat rate is applied to all courier items. except on larger items. For larger items, we will contact you to advise shipping costs.

International clients will have their product shipped via DHL. The final cost will depend on product size and location.
A member of our team will contact you once your goods are packed to give you a final shipping quote for larger items or shipping outside of Australia. 

What if I need to return a toy?

You will need the original packaging and the receipt to us. We provide 10 days to return the product. If a product arrives damaged when initially sent we ask you to return it to us as soon as possible. Once we have inspected this item we will either replace it for you with another item, refund your money or supply you with a store credit. 

How do I create a wishlist?

First, you must logon. To do this click “My Account” button located at the top right of the screen.  If you have an account with us already logon using your username and password. If you do not yet have a user name with us, after clicking the “My Account” button you will be asked to setup a new account.
Once you have setup your wishlist and added your wanted toys logon on to your account, view your wishlist and click the share wishlist button found at the bottom of your list. This will allow you to then email your list to multiple email addresses.
