My Toy Shop - About Us
Let the children play. That’s what My Toy Shop is about. Great toys and games that allow children to enjoy the freedom of being a child!

What’s our ethos?

To provide toys and games that give children the freedom to do what comes naturally, PLAY. We have carefully selected items that will help to engage a child's imagination. That cherised doll or die hard truck that all adults remember from their own childhood. We want the little ones to use our toys as props to add colour and life to their games, not toys that will dominate and direct them. We have tried to supplied a range that will have something for everyone, as we realise parents and grandparents come from all walks of life and it is this wonderful diversity that provides us with the freedom to make the choice as to what is right for our own children.
We have carefully selected items that are as gentle on the planet as possible and have sourced many fair trade and ethical companies. We don't want to provide you with something that will be thrown away in a matter of months. We want toys to last, better for the planet, better for your wallet!  
We also seek to provide products that offer no harm or risk to a child (or course) and offer minimum harm to our planet. We seek products with international safety certification, with minimal chemicals and a sustainability policy This is what rings our bells and get the thumbs up.

Where do we source our toys?

Our toys are sourced from suppliers around the world. We also love to support our local community and you will find hand made local items on our pages from time to time.  We try to bring choice to the toy market. So many stores carry so many of the same brands. We’re not here to complete with the large department stores. We want to bring you something special, something a little bit different and something that is sure to impress!
