Making Payment for your Brand New Fabulous Toys

My Toy Shop accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa Card (using Paypal), direct bank deposits and cheques. All retail orders are shipped on confirmation of payment.

To make a payment via cheque please choose the direct debit option at the end of our shopping cart process and email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it indicating your invoice number (emailed to you on completion of the order) and that you would like to pay by cheque.

For Direct Debit orders My Toy Shop will hold orders for 72 hours pending payment. After this time orders will be released back into stock.
For Cheque payment product will be held for 5 days pending receipt of the cheque and released once the cheque has been cleared by our bankers.

Credit card orders are shipped immediately.

Please note that when paying via bank deposit identify your payment by adding your invoice number (emailed to you and shown at order confirmation) in the narration/memo field when transferring funds. Our bank details are as follows:

Dollars and Cents

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notification. Product and shipping pricing includes 10% GST. For customers outside Australia you are not subject to Australian GST and this will be removed from your final order value.

My Toy Shop is not responsible for any additional fees and charges relating to international shipments excluding the quoted shipping cost.

From Us to You

We live in a big country and a even bigger planet. So  the right shipping plan is important. So our shipping methods are designed to be as simple, cost effective and as quick as possible.

Shipping within Australia
Remember orders will be dispatched once payment is received (keeps the bank happy!) and generally within 24 hours of order placement.

A flat rate of $15.00 shipping is charged on all orders excluding the really big stuff which may incur some slight costs increases. We will make note of those products that may increase the shipping costs within the product information. We will call you to let you know if this is the case and you can choose to continue (the best option!) or cancel the order.

Order are shipped via Fastway Couriers. They're happy people and we can track your package if necessary. In most cases orders will be received within 1-2 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Outside of Australia
On placement of your order we will make contact to advise shipping costs. The best option to ship is via an international courier and we have relationships with DHL and FedEx. This provides are total tracking process from our door to yours.

Getting what you want

There are 3 options available to you when it comes to ordering.

Option 1 - Ordering Online. The, easiest and most efficient way to order. Once you have made your selection proceed through our clear and simple checkout steps, where your payment will be transacted instantly once your confirm this payment option. Feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transferred through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection (meaning it is internet standard secure for online transactions). After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Option 2 - Ordering by Phone. Call My Toy Shop on 02 6619 1811 and speak to one of our team members to make a purchase over the phone. We will accept all payment methods via phone orders. A little tip: If ordering via phone have the product part numbers with you to ensure no misinterpretations occur.

Option 3 - Email Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation. Please don't send us your credit card details via email (it's not safe). We will contact you for this information via phone.


Our Guarantee

We are committed to quality, value and service, and we stand by our products so you can buy with confidence. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us for return instructions (or your are in Byron Bay drop in and see us). Please have available your details, the problem and your invoice number would also help. Replacement products will be sent at no extra shipping cost if goods are found to be faulty. We are unable to accept change of mind purchases. Except as provided by law, no warranty or guarantee, is given or liability accepted, for any damage to the product due to external causes, including accidental misuse, or use of the product other than for the manner intended for the product.

Refund Policy

We exchange goods if returned within 10 days from receipt date and with the receipt. The item/s has to be in its original packaging and in an unaltered condition. If it's not, sorry but we cannot accept it. Please contact us to authorise exchange before returning the goods. It would be helpful for you to have available the invoice number the good where purchase under. We do not accept responsibility for damage or loss through shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility.

We want to keep you informed of all that we do. Communication is the key. So we will regularly send you email updates including receipt on payment and notification of shipping during the purchase and deliver process. If you choose also we will send you are fantastic newsletter advising of all our coming and goings.

We take your privacy very seriously. Any collected information is securely stored for the sole purpose of continued customer service, allowing you to make return purchases quicker, and for mytoyshop,com.au's marketing purposes only, should you choose this option. If at anytime you wish to no longer receive information from mytoyshop.com.au contact us and advise so. We will not sell your information to 3rd parties and we do not store credit card information.
